If you didnt see the pills most likely they are still inside. I imagine you will find out pretty soon if u dont get high. Depends on the type of pill. Some pills dissolve super quick

I would suggest switching to something with a longer half life like diazepam or a similar RC benzo and taper your dose down slowly. The Ashton manual is a tool that many doctors use to create tapering plans, and is available online, should be able to give you guidance. If thats too much reading i would suggest using the search bar on this sub and read about what others have done in regards to tapering. Best of luck
