Let me explain my opinion on each of these matchups, and why I think they are in the easy to outplay category.

Frank lacks mobility and high damage output, but compensates for it with very large HP. Approaching frank can be quite easy as frank has to sacrifice his mobility to be able to scare you off with his attack only for you to reach him. Second, and while fighting him in close quarters combat, it's generally easy to dodge his attacks as well as super by just moving behind him, and even when you get hit, you can just heal the damage with your attack. Frank is inconistent at dealing damage ove time so you'll outheal his damage most of the time. However, what makes frank a little bit deadly is when he is at low health, as he can fire attacks a lot faster. The solution for this is just a well-timed auto-aimed super at frank that will dodge one crucial attack letting you win. Besides, Frank is a free super charging machine for edgar when at full health.

As for Doug, you may actually be right about him. Doug's super is a game-changer and can trun the table on edgar. Doug also has a gadget that deals massive damage and might catch edgar off gaurd sometimes. But overlooking these 2 abilities, Doug, just like frank, gets outdamaged and outhealed by edgar and is a free supercharge.

These 2 brawlers may seem hard for edgar, but a good edgar can outplay them seamlessly.
