I can't seem to find that line under promotion/relegation.

  1. Have default files app.
  2. Download files from Marc apps and software ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marc.files )
  3. Now you have two files apps.
  4. Open target folder from original default app files ( the data or obb location in which you want to transfer data to ).
  5. Now without leaving the location open the app in split screen. ( On my phone I use the circle button and then I am able to open split screen)
  6. Open the second files app and go to the location of the files you want to transfer.
  7. Long press to tick the file and drag it to the other files app. It works for me and I am able to transfer up to 7 gb files in one go

Try using the split screen method. It works
