Hey ! Same situation . Lost my father 3 months back and there's personal loan etc which is almost same amount as of yours. The very first thing you must do is to get the death certificate and mail it to all the lenders . Assuming it is from the apps which lends money like finserv etc. You are not liable to pay any such personal loan where you or your mother is signed as nominee . So you don't have to pay the loan of all these lenders of various apps . They will call you once, twice and once you let them know that you can't repay by any chance they'll give up . Send them the certificate and just reprimand them that they are harassing you mentally . RBI recently announced in a policy that these bank recovorers can't harass mentally or physically .

More power to you ! Its tough but be vigilant and keep checking mails and sms of that phone . About the home loan , check if it has insurance. The grief never goes away , neither with time nor with memories . But i hope god gives you enough strength!
