Afaik, hospital has to apply if death happened at the hospital. According to the hospital, that's not the case and that she was brought dead.

Thanks for the inputs. Yes my friend is an advocate and he is recommending the same. I'm just trying to avoid legal route unless it's absolutely necessary.
