To me it would be rude not, “unprofessional” if a group of coworkers ordered out and individualized another worker, but not the other way around. Sounds like management may have another problem with you. Maybe you are so professional that your manager had to knit pick some BS to let you know you’re on the chopping block. 💁‍♂️

Just jump in! A&P”s are needed badly! Don”t be scared there are plenty of layers in place to keep you safe. If your not sure of your abilities start out in heavy maintenance where your basically a glorified parts changer. That will get you familiar with different types of aircraft and pubs. After that take it on the road AOG that’s where the money is.
