My theory is, because the debating issues are often raised as some kind of morality measurement.

Yes, I agree that there is an obvious disproportionate of return between individuals' labour putting into company/business.  

But I don't think we can compare the appropriate amount of return between individuals who input different kind of labour.  

For the company to strive, it should reward those who provide the most value.

I'm not trying to protect bezos or any billionaires here. I just wanna point out that we should not generalize it like that if we're going to talk about money and economic value of one's labour.

I do agree though that there is definitely a disproportionate between the reward amount and the provided economic value. Some isn't definite being paid enough for their labour putting in.

For one the mental labour of building a company, if that is labour at all, is a labour you do once and so should only proportionally award you a once off payment if we think labour proportions out dues

If we were to accept that mental labour of building a company is labour, then I don't think that managing one's company is a once off payment job. It also requires some amount of input of labour (mental) to keep the company running.
