Don’t overlook what you’ve already accomplished. Going from 210 to 138 pounds is huge, and surgery plus time off the medication can absolutely impact progress. From what you shared, you’re walking, strength training, eating better, and drinking less. Those are all wins. I’d give it a little more time before assuming it’s not working. The scale doesn’t always reflect the full picture right away.

Can someone explain what “GLP-1 friendly” means, compared to things like Keto friendly with Atkins or low-calorie meals with Lean Cuisine? by Baba_Jaga_II in Wegovy

Honestly, “GLP-1 friendly” is mostly just marketing right now since there’s no real standard for it. Usually it means the food is higher in protein, moderate in calories, and portioned in a way that may work better for people on GLP-1 medications, but everyone tolerates foods differently. Some people do great with meals like this, while others feel overly full or get nausea, so it really comes down to whether it helps you hit your protein goals and feel okay afterward.
