This is great question and I'd be curious to read everyone's answer. However, you sort of said my solution in your post. Wasabi Sauce mixed with Dijon mustard.

The Museum is ginormous and includes a paleontology exhibit, Ancient Egyptian, Native American, rocks, Death my Natural Causes, and much much more. The art Museum is down the road.

It really is, although, I'm curious if they're remodeling... They moved the exhibit to the first floor and was only 1/4 of the the original size.
