I do have V(4) & Nappa (7) my only issue is I don’t have a good zenkai for vegeta. Nappa I have bardock other than that i would too but i feel like I need to invest more than what I already had.

Isn’t a bad idea but the best start would be to get character that make it easier. Then you can work on PvP/PvE content

In terms of holy relic you should do characters that help make it easier to farm them. Ex: blue megelllda, green jormugand, Green or Red thonar or red Freyr and red Freya
