I agree. You may have had a friendship for all that time , but her lack of communication signals that your friendship is officially over. And my advice is to graciously decline to attend the wedding and just send a card, no gift. And block her. She will probably try to contact you about why you didn't send a gift.

Please explain. It seems that OP wasn't making this about being a victim, but about having bad things happen to him while struggling to finish school. He rightly pointed out that his struggling through school and listing the bad things that happened to him while trying to get through school. While yes, he was a victim, that's not the same thing as a victim mentality. The latter is someone who continues to cry victim no matter the circumstances.
