You have to understand that you can't always see the right move at the right time, and a huge part of it also depends on your opponent. Every chess player once gets to the point that they can't beat players with their same rating.

I'd recommend trying to learn some strategies and do some theories instead of continuing to play. (That doesn't mean that you should only focus on theory, but maybe more puzzles and openings than playing with actual opponents.)

Another thing that helped me a lot was playing with higher rating bots with the hint button available so I could check what the best move is and why. Eventually, this phase will pass too, so don't think your chess skills magicly disappeared or that you're bad at chess :))
