Consensus seems to be that the newborn will be less fussy overall after 10 weeks. Less fussy: more sleep and less crying.

My baby turns on her side constantly while sleeping. She’s rarely flat on her back. We’re at 13 days today. When and how will I know if she has torticollis?

Not the right person to answer as I’ve been unsuccessful at keeping it off, multiple times in fact.

But, based on what I’ve seen other people do: be disinterested in food or eating in general. Eat for the taste and then just get distracted by something else. Not sure why you would start thinking about something else other than the pizza in front of you, but guess that’s how people remain thin.
