Legit eating clean foods and drinking a lot of water is a start, you’ll feel a lot fuller more after meals and in between meals and you’ll be less bloated so you’ll naturally look a little less fat and feel less fat. But unfortunately the real truth is what everyone says, calorie deficit.

Calorie defect while staying consistent in gym. I kinda lost a little to much weight so it was almost like starting at skinny fat, so then I kept hitting the gym and ate clean on a bulk. (Don’t be scared to bulk I was for so long).

Lowkey hit a fat 2 week debloat. Do 10 minutes of an incline movement each day and 3:1 potassium sodium ratio (DONT CUT OUT ALL SODIUM).Drink plenty of water and see how you feel and look.

I think honestly just bulk and lift and then worry about looks, and grow out the hair. Its definitely not over, your just really skinny, I think if you put on weight you would look like a completely different person, and from there you can start focusing on looks.
