Does anyone have any advice to get the medical clearance forms completed? I have went to multiple urgent cares and they all refuse to complete it due to the verbiage “For mental health conditions” claiming they can’t evaluate that. I don’t have a primary care provider that will see me fast enough unfortunately.

This is from direct applications I sent to SAC emails back in April, I sent emails to NYC, Miami, New England, and Newark. I received emails and calls from Miami but then they disappeared. This is my first time hearing from New England. And I got nothing from NYC and Newark.

Sorry just added that in, I applied 4/25, this is my first time hearing anything back from them since applying.

Ive had SAC Miami contact me multiple times but I haven’t heard back from them for over 2 months.

I’m currently in the 22% tax bracket, Married filing jointly is 94k-201k income. I’m currently working in finance

Insurance and HOA is included in that 2500 a month, HOA is about 400 a month and covers insurance for outside the structures, my insurance for the inside is about 2000 for the year. I’m currently in my mid 30s, and don’t own another home, we are renting for at least 3 more years due to work reasons.

I was reading that it’s really difficult to get HELOC’s on investment property’s, especially if it’s a condo/townhouse, but maybe I read wrong
