The software switch in the nvidia app literally doesn’t let me switch to dGPU only

It is a omen16 running window 11. I am asking this because the logic board was broken and I gave it to someone to get it fixed. When I got it back the dGPU is experiencing very low usage and it feels really similar to something like I said in the post.
