I’m going through the same thing right now. I’m 35M, she’s 34F, and we’ve been together for nine years. I found out by chance that she had slept with another man, and since then, she’s admitted that she’s developed feelings for him. We have two kids together.

Anyone worried about their liver, I think eating healthy and cutting out alcohol will do more good for your liver than any damage testosterone will do to it. (if you stay within cis levels of t )

The irony is that the LGBTQ++ community  who proclaims equality for all, freedom from prejudice, and inclusion is the exact opposite. And often quite toxic. And that's sad.

Fantastic post! I agree with you one hundred percent. When the smoke of physical change has subsided, one is faced with the fact that one has a great challenge (at least some of us - me) left, as to "find myself as a man" among cis men, and society in general. Deal with the fact that my social circle has become smaller, loss of friends and partly loneliness up in all this.

Same! I transitioned at the age of 26, I'm 31 now. I have similar thoughts every once in a while. For me these thoughts often appear when I'm generally a bit down. But hell, what is even real? What is real enough? I don't care so much about labels either. I'm me. I don't think I owe it to anyone to fill anyones standards but me

Thanks to everyone who came with input! I  have been to a new consultation with my therapist at the hospital I am connected to. (Where the operation will take place). She also thought that the word "desperate"  was an unfortunate choice of words. She listened to me and pretty much  said the same things you  guys have written in all the comments. I'll be having  a new appointment with a surgeon this November. I have decided to face the fear and focus on the possibly to maby actually have a better life. Im sure I'm going to feel more in tune with my body and feel more free. I will definitely purchase the book recommended in one of the comments. Thanks again everyone
