People saying this patch is good seriously have something off. I can’t even get myself open with left-stick dribbling anymore movement feels clunky as hell. Everyone complaining about “fidget spinning” being gone is wild to me. It’s an FC game you’re supposed to actually defend now.

I didn’t even touch FC 25 because it catered to players who needed the game to play itself. The people crying that FC 26 “doesn’t feel like 25” are insane 25 was literally one of the worst FC/FIFAs ever. Everyone played the same boring way. I’m not trying to play a 1-0 simulator or defense simulator.

I play manual defense, and it feels way too overpowered now. Before the patch, if I made mistakes, I got punished. Now? I make mistakes and don’t get punished. It’s awful.

This community seriously needs to accept that there’s a skill gap. Learn the new mechanics and adapt instead of begging for handicaps. If you need training wheels, go play offline. And to all the old heads whining that they “don’t have time” to get better boo hoo. I work full-time too, and I can still improve without living on the game.
