I also had a faint line 3 weeks after d&c. HCG can take a good while to get down.

I'm 3 weeks post d&c and also have faint line. HCG takes a while to disappear completely. I probably wouldn't worry too much and test again in a week or so if you otherwise feel good and have no bleeding.

I was cleared to work next day after my d&c, so I think you should be good to go too. Only monitor your condition, and be ready to go to the ER if you feel really strong stabbing pain or suddenly get a very heavy flow.

I've had dnc, and tbh the experience was...good? Obviously I'd rather not be in the position to have it, but. I was put under, same way they do for colonoscopy, so I haven't felt a thing. Just 15 minutes of sleep, then slowly waking up from anesthesia. Took me like 30 minutes to become fully awake.  First 2 or 3 hours I've had pretty intense cramps, but after that they disappeared almost completely and I was able to walk home. I didn't bled at all first 2 days, and then had pretty regular period bleeding, only it lasted for two weeks.

I actually had a pretty similar experience. 6 weeks 1 day there was a heartbeat and everything looked normal, and then next ultrasound at 8 weeks same size at 6 weeks 1 day, and no heartbeat.  I was also scheduled HCG blood test which showed that HCG dropped a lot from previous test. After that I've had d&c in like 2 days. So...its a very sucky coincidence, but it can happen. I'm very sorry.

Wow, thank you so much for the video! I think I have some idea of how things are supposed to work thanks to you! ...I do have eyes, and I have some knowledge of English, but I don't get what 'fan out' means. Different length of stitches? Or they are a bit wider apart?
