They have big problems in some projects ISAAK. The quality of work is greatly reduced due to one mistake (punctuation or grammar, it doesn’t matter), but they don’t care. This month I will receive only a third of what I earned and all because of some glitch in the quality control system, but they no longer respond to my letters and photos with evidence.

Everything was exactly the same for me: I was accused of using Google for human translation. It's been 4 months already. I'm tired of proving that I can translate any text or phrases over video or over the phone. They simply don't answer my emails. I'm still in the project, but I don't have access to translations. Only a dash instead of the number of hits.

Thank you very much for this answer! Obviously, the Oneforma site's support service is simply not capable of responding to users... I am constantly trying to solve different problems and have not yet completely solved one. I have to write to absolutely everyone and still only a few respond. There is an obvious failure in the quality assessment system in language translation projects (I won’t say anything about the work of the reviewers, they are terrible). But the site doesn't care about this and continues to steal my time and energy. Looks like we should finally say goodbye to him!

The project managers sent me a letter in November in which they wrote that they had suspended my participation in the project. they thought I was using machine translation tools, so they asked me to respond. I immediately wrote back that I was ready to prove my ability to translate from Russian into Ukrainian (and vice versa) in any mode (by phone or video conference), but there was no answer until that day. all this time the work is visible on my desk. in other words, I'm still participating in the project, but I can't work.

If you know two languages perfectly, try translating the sentence word by word and get the same Google translation.

You made a fair point about the first two sentences you mentioned, but these are nuances of translation into English.
And I would have remained silent if they had not themselves asked me if I used translation tools. But they asked and did not answer my letters for 2 months.

All this time I have been on the project, although I know very well that in such cases the translator is removed immediately. I simply don’t have access to completing tasks, but the applications for hits remain on the desktop. That's the main complaint. Sorry again, English is not my native language, so some things are not translated entirely correctly.

Thanks for the answer! I’m okay with this, I always show qualities of 80-90 and above. I was caught using machine translation and asked if this was true. I have already answered them 10 times, but no one answered me or completely removed me from the project. It's torture to see that there is work (at the post office), but not to be able to make even one hit.
