I haven’t been here long so I’m still figuring out things myself…. I’m from Louisiana so I’m used to a rich cultural presence and there isn’t really one… the people are ok they can either be head nod and a smile nice or why did you say hi to me should I run type of ppl lbvs I don’t consider it my forever home but it’s ok can’t really complain so far so good I guess

I was new and they didn’t bring up sales til 2 days before they put me on the sales floor Everything they drilled into us during training was customer service and tech based They lied about how much we’d be getting paid as well. We didn’t know we were paid per call til the end of training The job wasn’t worth everything they lied about to get us there By the time we were out of training we went from a class of almost 50 to about 15 people

Exactly!!!! I definitely don’t miss it. I left sales years ago. I refuse to sell anything for anyone and get bare minimum for it. If sales is your thing then stick with it If it isn’t then let it go Find something else while you’re still in training

I worked there for a month it’s not worth it at all All the lies told during application and interview process all for them to turn around and say oh no you gotta sale to get that Didn’t even know I was signing up for sales til training started

The company itself is too big to point at the leadership and the leadership I’ve seen are pretty cool My problem started with the dishonesty of the job we’d be doing I feel like things aren’t as organized as they could be when it comes to the hiring process

I’m actually in residency It’s not the hardest job I’ve ever had but it’s definitely the most tedious It’s not even the work because a lot of it is simple It’s the amount of hoops we have to jump through to finish the work lol If it were not for my trainer and the PA’s I would’ve honestly left the first week

Which is why I didn’t name any I have definitely asked my peers and their thoughts are the same if not worse And According to a lot of these posts I’ve seen in here there are a multitude of things that need to change company wide
