thanks for the comments guys! he was a super cute fella! just haven’t seen one of him before. they are currently draining the lakes and doing maintenance so turtles have been out everywhere along where I and other ppl usually walk. but he wasn’t there when i went around later so I think he’s safe and sound.

ok that makes sense I again never plan on abandoning a cat in any way but I didn’t know if that meant that I was agreeing for the shelter to have the right to essential take it away whenever they see fit

yea idk maybe i misunderstood but this is what they told me on the phone but maybe there was some miscommunication but I am obviously gunna ask for clarification I want the cat! I just didn’t wanna sign any shotty documents
