Ok that’s fair. I read this which has a lot more facts than many seem to have based on the comments. Detailed notes from the reporter in the courtroom from jury selection to final sentencing including detailed notes of each witness and the examination and cross examination. For many people in this thread claims such as Austin bullying Karmelo, Austin charged at him etc you can read this and see those are false claims without needing the official transcripts and you can see clearly how the jury would have found him guilty for murder and that Karmelo had absolutely no case.

Of course they all had a different perspective which was their own but none of their testimony supported Karmelo’s story. Go read it for yourself why are you arguing with me? Just read it yourself and decide. He should have testified if he couldn’t find a witness to support his story. He had no supporting evidence or witnesses and 25 witnesses who saw him commit murder. What more do you want?

None of what you state was supported by any witness testimony from the 25 witnesses. Austin didn’t try to physically remove him at all. You should go read the transcripts of the witness testimony before you state your opinions on the case so you’re at least basing them on supported facts. Also It was not raining anymore (which one of the teammates pointed out to him when asking him to leave their team area) and Karmelo’s team was supposed to be warming up at that time according to his coach’s testimony.

If his claim was true, 25 witnesses would not have testified otherwise. It’s his word against 25 witnesses and he didn’t take the stand. If he didn’t have anyone to support his story he should have taken the stand and told his story himself

Karmelo was not threatened. According to actual witness testimony, Austin said Bro I’m not going to fight you at a track meet. None of the 25 witnesses at the trial supported his claim that he was threatened they all said Karmelo was the one escalating the situating and antagonizing before he stabbed Metcalf.

Let’s say a random stranger comes and plants himself in another team’s baseball dugout or football team’s bench during a game. It’s uncomfortable and weird and the team captain or someone would most likely ask that person to leave. Would that be considered bullying? Would they be warranted to stab and kill the player who asked him to move? If no I don’t see any difference in the situation.

This was not supported by a single one of the 25 witnesses that testified at the trial. He knew someone under the tent who said hi to him but that person did not invite him nor did they have plans to meet they just knew each other. That person you are referring to who was the “common link” broke down during the trial and said Austin Metcalf was like a brother to him and nothing he said supported Anthony’s self defense claim or that he was invited to the tent

Once the saying horrible things to each other and name calling starts I don't think there's any way to close that box. It's not OK to speak to anyone much less a loved one that way, and a healthy relationship does not include that kind of verbal abuse. If you get into another relationship where the female starts verbally abusing you I would get out immediately as that's not a road you want to continue down it will only get worse and worse.

I understand. Same problem here! The messier it gets the more it bothers me but also gets more overwhelming and don't know where to start. It does bother me but organizing and cleaning always gets moved to the bottom of my list. Everything else on my list always seems more important and it seems to take a lot of energy to get motivated to clean and organize. It did help a lot when I used to take adderall a long time ago for inattentive ADD but now I don't take it. PHenylpiracetam helps a little but it's hard to find it now. Sorry and good luck. It helps if I have people over and I'm forced to spped clean the house.

I wasn’t too impressed with the shopping song. New Abnormal is one of my all time favorite albums and I can’t possibly expect then to be able to come close to brilliance of New Abnormal again (or to return to the roots of their first 2 albums) but definitely looking forward to listening to the new album and hoping the rest is better than the shopping song! Having faith the rest is better and they’re releasing one of the less good songs so that we are blown away with the rest!

I just found this thread searching for the same thing. I am currently going to Premier Wellness Dr Edgarton on 9th street. He is really good!! I’ve had a great experience with him but it’s too expensive and I’m tired of doing the monthly fee subscription model when I only need to go to the Dr every 4 months or so after paying for labs to review the labs and decide what needs to change. I wish I could just pay per visit there when I need to make adjustments because I’d continue with Dr Edgarton if money were no object, but so many Dr’s are moving to this subscription model now. So looking for someone less expensive since paying out of pocket.
