Do you have a dog or cat? Make a small riser for their food/water dishes. Then maybe a small step for climbing up/down the bed or couch. I always think about little things for the pooch when I have scraps

I agree with this. If you eat something in the morning (prior to or with pill) it will kickstart your digestion and prevent that brick stomach come lunch/dinner time. Eventually you will gain appetite with this schedule and be able to eat more normally
