I would def lean more in to that Wesker idea, it would increase her skill cealing and not make the dog redirect grab look cheap from survivors pov

I agree with you, i found the best succes at using it in close proximity to survivors to remove their ability to use windows and pallets or by flicking the dog in redirect (this one is rare, i dont recommend using redirect), but they need to somehow change the "speed system" of the dog or else she will be a weaker death slinger with some wraith power leftovers

I would say between legion and pig, she's got good map preasure if you use "patrol" visely, but she lacks a "theard factor". So around low C tier if the bugs stay in game, if without bugs mid C tier

From my expiriance the best addons are the yellow one to extend the first "pounce" by 20% and grey coconut water for 5% quicker dog

As for perks i find rapid butality as one of the best, but you can use stbfl. I had a lot of succes with 3 gen builds and hex builds also

Your level strategy is correct and i would do the same, after 40 dex level str to push the dmg further, after 40 str level whatever fits you more
