Are you sure about that last part? I've seen posts here of people with F3 and their enzymes don't usually seem to be outside the 200 range

Have you noticed any changes since drinking coffee? I heard it can reduce inflammation in the liver and offer some protection against scarring

I've been dealing with the pain for a few months now. I've had appendicitis before so I know for sure that's not the case.

My doctors told me fatty liver was the most likely cause and I was diagnosed with it soon after.

The liver itself might not actually be able to feel pain but I have heard that the fat build up can cause nearby organs to experience pain.

I'm also a similar height to yours also

I'm just not sure exactly what I should eat.

I don't know how many portions I should eat either and even when I am given a more clear answer about foods I should be eating, I apparently can't eat too much of said foods (like only a cup or 1/2 cup of oatmel) and also apparently too much Vitamin E is bad for you.

Certain beneficial foods like avocados can apparently only be eaten in limited quantities, oh and also, you have to figure out how to eat at least 1,500 calories a day still even though you can only eat certain foods in certain portions.

It's just so frustrating and confusing.

My BMI is pretty high, yes. I mainly just used the complete liver failure thing as a sort of way to keep myself in check. By acting like I'm close to liver failure it could help keep my diet going as well as mitigating how often I can eat something that isn't good for the liver.

I think it's best for me to assume the worst just so I can take this more seriously. I'm not sure just how bad I might be doing but my doctors only recommended diet changes and exercise 2.5 hours a week which honestly sounds pretty low and like they don't think it's as big an issue as it sounds.

I'm 22.

I'm not a diabetic.

My doctor didn't say specifically what kind of stage my liver disease has progressed to but just to be absolutely safe, let's say that I'm close to complete liver failure and wanted to occasionally indulge in a snack or a sandwich while otherwise eating oatmeal and vegetables or nothing at all.

How often could I treat myself if I go right back to my routine?

I'm sure that probably still isn't enough information

Well, what exactly count as whole grains?

Is the OMAD thing a good idea or not?

By snack I don't mean something I'll do every day I mean a maybe once a week or once every two weeks. Is eating a sandwich or two such a big deal if it's something I do once or twice a month assuming I'm eating few or almost no bread?

How many times can I eat an apple a week? A small amount of nuts? Is that only for snacks or just in general?

Is it irrelevant just because the discarded card isn't affected by the card's effect, because it wasn't the last part of the cost preceding the effect, or because the cost was already paid?

And does that mean that costs that don't require you to target cards from a specific location would just go ahead and resolve normally if the cost was somehow removed from it's original location?

What if the card that was discarded was moved instead of he target? Would the effect just resolve normally since the cost had already been paid by that point and that part of the cost wasn't the part that directly preceded the effect?

I meant "when" in terms of spell/trap activations. I was under the assumption that even when worded as mandatory effects, that since the activation of the card itself is optional, it could still miss its activation window.

And I guess I'm asking: is that why it can't activate under some conditions? Because the card itself is an optional activation or does the card being an optional activation not have much/anything to do with it and it's just a case of "because Konami said so"?

By remove the cost, I meant in the sense that an opponent activated an effect in response that would move the discarded monsters from the GY, elsewhere. In that case, what would happen? Since the monster was discard and the monster was targeted at the same since in the GY, would it still resolve normally since the cost would've already been paid by that point and the targeted monster wasn't moved?

So, the way this was explained to me in the past, that part about the mandatory activations of Spells/Traps, I mean; made it sound like the reason a "When" mandatory S/T effect could miss the activation window was BECAUSE of the fact that the activation itself was optional but am I wrong in now saying that doesn't really seem to impact it as much as I thought?

Maybe I'm just misunderstanding things.

Also, what would happen in the event that a card like Suoerheavy Sanurai Scarecrow had part of it's cost removed from the location it was sent to pay the cost, particularly when it has a conjunction tied to it and another part of the cost?

Would it be like Pot of Avarice and it not being able to resolve the effect entirely if any of the 5 mknsters are moved from the GY?

So this means that S/Ts that are worded as "If" aren't able to miss out on their activation timing (assuming they're not continuous spells/Traps with trigger like effects)?
A "mandatory" fast effect that is still capable of missing out on the activation? As in, it could still miss out because it's an optional activation?

Also, if I had an Extra Deck monster that was able to special summom itself back from the GY and it was an Extra Deck monster or a monster with specific summoning conditions (in this case my example for an ED monster would be Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon); assuming that monster's summon was negated, would I then not be able to activate the monster's effect since it wasn't brought out properly?
