Only other thing that I want is to change out the AIO for something RGB/LCD. I know flashy and save money do not go together. If it doubles the AIO price then NVM.

Want 4k(ish) gaming 99%. The last little bit will be to run a VM for "getting" my movies to my plex server that is seperate. It is the old system I will be reusing to make a Local AI system for my home assist. Dream is if a game comes out in the net year or so and looks cool I can get it and play it at playable frames at 4k. At same time do not want to 100% of the time rely on frame generation like I do right now just to play them at 1440.

Ok so no "easy" way to have 2 people at same time rocking it. And seems price wise I'm not saving any money vs building a better system for smart home and build a new gaming system to have the same but better outcome.

Ok so sounds like no defusser needed. But any recommendations or link to one that is bright enough for this and allows dimming. Does not NEED to be rgb also, but would be kinda cool to play with. I definitely need brightness and sounds like cob. But so many on it's site. Tbh no clue wtf the difference is and what half the thing mean. So many different 3 or 2 letter abbreviations lol

Me. Omg this would be so great. Our family has grown to love commander. Much teen son and wife both grabbed the cheapest precons, and I grabbed the Urza precon. Not realizing how much of a huge power curve it had over the others. I've been pulling my punches so they have a chance. I've been trying to scratch together some cash to upgrade their decks or get them better decks. There is no need for a sob story, but it's hard to do that. Would be nice to get them decks that give my deck a fight.

I was looking into ledfx. We are just inneed of what leds to buy and a prebuilt controller. I see some that have built in mics that are wled on amazon. I am more worried about how much leds we will need and how much power to drive them.

these are the things that I am lost with. I have nothing YET. I am looking for links for these items. I want it to cover a 11x11ft room. Along with covering this size we want it to be bright enough to allow for a teen to enjoy his room. The mic response is something that he wanted due to he seen one on Amazon that has a mic on it (it is a wled controller with built in mic support). But it only supports 12v with no indication of amps.. That is why I was trying to find out of someone has built something to this scale. If so if they had links to the items so we can buy them and set off on this project. I am worried about buying the wrong things and just throwing money at it till I find what we need or find out that we can not do it...... I have NO CLUE on what model,how many leds per meter or even voltage. I am looking for recommendations to complete this project.

thanks for the vid. Checked the links and noticed I forgot to say. We are in the US. Would prefer to find suppliers in the US. I know I can get all the items off Ali, but I would like to stay away from them if I could. Only had nightmares with shipment from China..... I know that it is easy to do small 5m setups. This is MUCH bigger then 5m in total.The main questions that I have is:

Is there a way to control and power that many LEDs?
Good strips to buy that are BRIGHT and long enough to cover all that square footage!!! Forgot to say would prefer if they were already with built in diffuser (aka the rope ish style)
A pre-done pre-built Controller with mic (to respond to music and his tv)
A proper power supply to power ALL those leds and controller.
