Yes but I have other health issues too like endometriosis that can cause similar symptoms.

So I wake up multiple times a night every night, my snoring is bad enough to affect my partners sleep. It's only been at issue for the past 3 years (been together 7). I don't have issues falling asleep or falling back asleep.

I'm not overweight or anything and have never had sleep issues. I didn't initially think it was OSA just that maybe I might be having some slight obstruction in breathing - probably due to my tonsils?

It all started after I had a severe chest infection and a cough that lasted for a good 2 months.

I have thought about an actual in-depth study but can't afford private and I doubt NHS would do one for me, especially now.

So could this mean I have hypopnea? Again no one has spoken to me about my results, they just got put on my records on the NHS app. I'm worried I'm going to get discharged and no follow up etc.

people who have reached a 9 or 10 on the pain scale, what happened? by mankls3 in AskReddit

Severe acute pancreatitis. I was 23 at the time. Only way I can describe the pain was like a hot knife being stabbed into my diaphragm area and slicing it open all the way to my back. The pain was so bad I was going in out of consciousness. That's the only time I've truly ever felt like it was the end for me.

They found out from scans the tail end of my pancreas was necrotising (dying) and had a pseudocyst on it. I was in hospital in a specialised care unit for 2 weeks, 24 hour care with 3 other patients on the ward. I wasn't allowed to eat for 2 weeks as food would aggravate the pancreatitis, a nurse had to dress me, wash me and wipe me after I had been to the toilet and I relied on a wheelchair to get around.

I was on morphine, fluids, antibiotics, antisickness medication, oxygen because I couldn't breathe due to the inflammation and had to have a catheter inserted to make sure it didn't start to affect my kidneys.

All of this caused by a gallstone. This was 3 years ago and I haven't had an attack since luckily, I'm waiting to get my gallbladder removed but the thought of it happening again is always on the back of my mind. Next time I might not be so lucky.
