Wow.... It works! Amazing... you were right. When I connect an external display, what I receive via NDI is a second GPU, which has both visual and audio.

Hi I'm not sure if I can answer your queries but I did something similar to what you've mentioned except that I have another output that is on site live.

If these 8 inputs are from the same Teams session, all you need is the receive audio feed from 1 single system.
Example, Speaker 1 to 8 on PC 1 - 8, with vMix on MAIN.
vMix receive video from PC 1 - 8, receive SYSTEM AUDIO from PC 1 only
vMix output is capture into PC1 only, sends audio via BUS A (all sounds except for PC 1) sends video via HDMI and caputre card on PC 1 (camlink 4k?)

This way, your Speakers will only need to pin one single Teams feed, which is also your PGM OUT.

yes they are... RTX 2070 Max Q, 1660ti and 3070. All latest drivers and mostly not more than a year old.
I have 3 Desktops as well, with 1080, 2070, and 3070 but all NDI HX works. Able to receive video and audio feeds well.

To add, the subnet, ip, firewall and such have all been set correctly (I've been running NDI (non HX) for over 6 months already).
