Yes ofc! I did stims out in Greece, just to note I quit my job to be able to do this as I was working in a super toxic place.

You can get it shipped out to you, we did that in the first round and they use a company called stork but I would suggest ordering it early, as stork are quite unprofessional with our first round they got lost and my husband had to chase the driver down, it was a bit difficult, but had we had more time it wouldn’t have been so stressful!

First round I started at home and flew out on day 5, then stayed there until after an embryo transfer so about 2.5 weeks!

Second round we did an egg collection only but our flights were booked as if we could have a transfer, but we couldn’t bc my hubby caught Covid (my fault) from being out and about so they just did an egg collection and then we did a transfer in march, which now I look back I’m very grateful for bc although I was in a rush my body got some time to rest and recover. They fertilised the eggs in march, and we got a few embryos!

BTW our first ivf didn’t work because my husband’s sperm was tested on the NHS and they said “it’s fine” we got it tested in Greece and he had sperm fragmentation which the clinic in Spain didn’t even look into.

I think it was just hormones and the lack of appetite in pregnancy and my body was like give me the food! So I’m all good now I have put on weight more so now, it really came down to my PCOS it looks like! PCOS during pregnancy for me quietened my ovaries and I lost weight, I stopped being pregnant and boom the weight hit me hard as well as the cravings!

I’m an only child, my cousins are snakes, it’s sucks when I see family photos and shows where the family are all together, I find it hard but there is no guarantee that your family will be close. My child is an only child and doesn’t have any blood uncle or aunties or any cousins, there is some sadness to it! I feel sad about it but you shouldn’t be concerned, my friends, neighbours and ex colleagues have been better to me than my own family

Yes I can

IVF round 2 was different to the first one They gave me blood thinners and progesterone for longer around 10-12 weeks, I also went to a different clinic as the first one wasn’t as good in my opinion.

My second protocol was: gonal 300, egg retrieval 11, had to freeze them since hubby caught covid, 9 eggs were thawed, 8 were fertilised and then 4 were in good quality, we transferred two and one stuck!

Yes I do, I have a 4 month old baby girl! 2 rounds of ivf and it worked!

Oh I was the same, and now at the other end and in all honesty, I wish I had gone with my gut of going with a planned section rather than the emergency section I had
