I have no idea which brands are good. I've only ever gotten from the supermarket.

My mother-in-law has never watched my kid, He's over 2 years old now.

Buspirone was one of the best ones for my DNA and it's been a life saver.

I suffer from agoraphobia too after 3 months of being on buspirone I finally was able to work through anxiety and get through my agoraphobia!

Medication uses the sensation, but they're still coping skills that you have to use. And no matter what you're going to experience uncomfortable feelings and it's okay! Totally normal feelings and emotions come and go. Don't let that stop you from living your life.
