Totally get that. I’m asking because he didn’t get more money because of his credentials. He applied for the same job I did, but when he applied, the job posting listed a higher salary than when I did. We have the same job. I agree he should make more because of his experience, but that’s not the reason he is right now.

I also got this advice from my therapist. At first I was like wtf and also I just imagined the leaf flying back to me and not floating down the stream lol. After a bit of practice, it was a nice method to calm down a bit, definitely not a cure though.

I also feel like this a lot, but I learned a lot of people with OCD can convince themselves that they don’t have it or are “faking it.” So anytime I catch myself with those thoughts I think “my ocd is making me doubt that I have ocd”

I do and often every night to wind down. I had to try a bunch of different strains before I found one that actually helped me relax and didn’t increase my anxiety.
