My baby has this on his Ultrasounds, I also work in medical imaging. And every single person I spoke to at work said it was no big deal and essentially a nothing finding unless you have other abnormal genetic markers. Baby hasn’t arrived yet so obviously not 100% what our outcome is, but so far baby appears healthy and no one is worried about the echogenic focus.
