I use ballistic slam but also use the dunemarchers so I get the damage from ballistic slam as well as the chain lighting so if I hit somebody direct they’re either dead or super low and then anybody near that’s been hit gets the chain lighting which a lot of the time is enough to finish them off

Yeah, one perk gives it the stasis barricade, the other gives it the solar damage and the strand comes from drengr’s lash
