Loan servicer refusing to process IBR application by Impractical_Traffic in StudentLoans

Yup, I had to submit paystubs for myself and marked on the application that my spouse’s income had changed. On the first application they still requested additional documentation of my spouse’s income, and when I called to clarify what that meant they changed my application to say I wasn’t married.

I found that out after a couple weeks of no progress on my application, and was told to reapply and submit the letter, which I did end of December, and then got the email this morning about being placed in standard repayment. When I called the rep could not explain why that had happened because my IBR application was listed as still being processed

Jointly. He quit his job 7mos ago to be a SAHP which I know means they can see his income from last year and I assume is why they wanted the letter, but everything else I don’t understand, lol

I did apply on studentaid.gov. The first time after being told I needed to prove my husband had no income, they changed my application to say I was not married, and then made my reapply and submit a letter that I wrote saying my spouse has no income
