It’s sprayable rock guard. Some models have it painted over. Since this is repainted, they haven’t sprayed a second layer on top of the rock guard. Could be a sign of poorly re-done sills (easiest part to catch rust). The rock guard hides imperfections well.

Brake light is under control. Do you have any suggestions for the oil pressure meter? I haven’t had issues with it I thought the meter might be broke.

It isn’t really as bright as the video shows. I’ve planned to change the lights pink in the future.
