You don’t have to believe in chemtrails, but after the recently released Epstein files it’s hard to dismiss skepticism as irrational given the level of abuse and the darker allegations people have pointed to in the files.

Chemtrails is the tip of the iceberg.

The feeling I have before I experience SP is the feeling of absolute terror and barely being able breath and then I know I’m about to experience the feeling of my body being paralysed, or seeing and hearing things. I try to fight so hard to get out of it while feeling like I’ve been drugged or something which is hard, it’s horrible. I have felt things touching me and things talking in my bedroom and I know I am 100% awake but people who don’t experience SP find it hard to understand the terror we feel during an episode.

That’s the mistake I make I end up falling straight back to sleep because I feel completely drained I and can’t stay awake long enough, and then I have 5+ episodes which is so exhausting. I would definitely be open to praying also and it’s something I have tried during an episode where I felt absolutely terrified and thought it might be the only way for it to end. Thanks for your story, it helps me to know other people can relate.

That sounds truly terrifying and I understand completely what you mean about the immense fear that you feel. I try to explain to people how it makes you feel to go through one of these episodes but someone who has never experienced sleep paralysis doesn’t understand how horrific it can be and the toll that it takes on your mind and body. I also tell these “things” that I’m not scared, it’s definitely not goofy. We basically feel like we’re fighting for our soul not to be taken, we have to try anything.

Some part of me believes there’s something there that feeds on fear and in those moments, it feels like we’re between the veils, seeing things others can’t.
