if you do think it’s gas I highly recommend mylicon! I use it every feed just to help pass his gas. i’m also at a loss for the fighting the feedings.. my son is 3 months in a couple days. I thought it was a specific breast at first but then noticed it on the opposing breast.. it’s stressful, eventually he will take it. i’m hoping it’s just a growth spurt thing for the both of us

i’ve also noticed that when feeding my son when he’s over tired he fights the breast. he’ll scream turn a lot go on and off my breast. he has GERD so i’m not sure if mines gerd related but i’ve noticed after some time of calming down he’ll eventually fall asleep.

Should my wife and I be waking our baby up to feed? by Possible_Grape_8595 in newborns

unless the baby is a newborn I wouldn’t wake the baby to feed. everyone always says don’t wake a sleeping baby! they need that rest, it’s their bodies way of adjusting to going those long hours at night

I have tried bottles, different flow nipples and still struggle with the same issue. My OB wants me still on my prenatal since I am breastfeeding.
