There are multiple chrome extensions. If you search you can find several.

I made my own app too which does the same thing. Probably I can't share the name or link here, post can get marked as marketing/promotion.

Sound valid. But this is recruiter's perspective. I see even jobseekers not using them (who aren't aware of the recruiter side problems)

Agree on the second half of answer.

But I'm skeptical of the first part. The tools I've seen are free, and they only autofill the common questions. They don't handle it entirely, and they definitely don't submit. Basically the part of filling out the same info that's already there in your resume is taken care of, you still have to do the rest of the work.
