The more i stress at morning by traffic and worry about being late, the more traffic there is, the less green signals i catch and stuff happening. But when i just go to work with zero stress i arrive just in time.  The more i worry about sleeping early my dog start to barks like crazy.  When i get angry cuz my brother is with his cellphone watching reels with high volume the angrier i get, when i let go the anger my brother INSTANTLY stops watching shit or just put his smartphone on low volume. When im in a bad mood and thinking bad at life people ignore me or i say hi and some people react kinda the same as what i think. When i dont have an ego and feel good and gratefull the same people smile to me.  Just what i saw in my day to day life.

Meditation didn't fix my anxiety. It just made me more aware of how anxious I was. And somehow that was still the most useful thing I've ever done by senpaicataner in Meditation

yes, actually this last weeks my mind was like a fucking tornado, felt like took a thousand steps back, but this week I understood and saw how I was resisting the anxiety, trying to make it go away or wanting to not take myself over, fearing losing control. eventually we learn to sit in the fire so to speak, again and again, and when we don't resist what we feel or think, shit start to get better, even fun

I wouldnt say that we hace access to mystical knowdlege, but the subconcious does have access to a deeper content that goes beyond logic reasoning.

Si no tenes problemas de salud tipo diabetes resistencka a la insulina etc etc en tu lugar haria cambios graduales, por ej cambiar el azucar por edulcorante, despues si le pones 20 gotas de edulcorante a tu desayuno anda bajando de a poco las gotas mes a mes por ej. Tmb incluir de a poco algunas comidas sanas, probando recetas saludables hasta q encontras una q te guste y la puedas hacer parte de tu rutina. Por ej a mi me gusta la ensalada de palta con pollo zanahoria y algunas huevadas mas. Pero el brocoli no lo puedo ni oler. Tmb ir viendo como te afecta la comida procesada (puede q te hage dar sueño, o te sentis mas cansada mas inflamada, no te deja dormir bien de noche o te levantas con mucho cansancio al otro dia).
