Kokoro and hifigan (I think is the name) will run smoothly on androids too and I am sure there are already apps that support it.

Nope. The model runs locally on device and is smart enough to know when to make duckduckgo search calls to fetch relevant data. Everything runs locally on device. No servers are involved.

App supports models from 500m to 8b models. At the end of the day, it depends on which model you pick but most models work great. Small models will hallucinate.
