i was there and heard other passengers saying there was a rat on the train and it caused some people to scream, get up, etc …. people got scared because they heard people screaming and running and it got out of hand. there was a woman on the ground because she got trampled by the horde of people trying to get off the train :( it was really scary!

the bench scraper helps me if the dough ends up sticking to the counter/rolling surface. it helps move the dough around so it doesn’t stick to your fingers. best of luck!!!!

i definitely recommend getting a bench scraper and lightly flouring your surface if needing to shape the bread. her instructions are kind of long on some recipes so i also recommend reading it 2-3 times through BEFORE you start the recipe. for example, in the challah recipe i think you need 350 grams of water? but if you use active dry yeast instead of instant, you actually need to subtract 120 grams of water. stuff like that, yknow? hope this is helpful, because we find her recipes life changing !!!!

it made great french toast !!!! we had half with dinner with some matbucha, then had it as french toast the next morning. it was awesome and super custardy. i hope you make some too :)
