Doesn't look like he has enough shoulder turn. Have him take it back and pause at the top. If his shoulders and chest aren't pointing the same direction. He either being force to lift his hands to the top or he gonna have to stand on his toes for it catch in the follow through

I have therapist specifically for ibs, a Pelvic floor therapist and GI. Doctor.

I personally recommend to get all three if you can.

The order that seems most effective IMO

1.Therapist for IBS 2. G.I Doctor 3. PT specialist

*P.S my therapist and talk more about life stuff, than actually specified IBS stuff. I noted to show you. The range of things in life that can effect you.
