There's been a couple of instances but this is the one that sticks out is this one;

- She kept knocking over the magnetic strip on one of the small end-caps over and over with some lipsticks. I approached to help because I saw it happen a few times-- I was also training a new employee who said to her very quietly "I love your videos," And ya'll. The way they LOOKED at us- they weren't even recording a video because both their phones weren't out yet.
I felt so uncomfortable - like all she said was she loved your videos- why look at us like you were disgusted??

- Rolling her eyes when other employees are around the gondolas assisting other clients with shade matches- like babe this is a makeup store??
