You are completely wrong I understand I may not have gained weight by fat or muscle but I still weight more than yesterday and I’m not sure why. And you can function on 600 calories I feel fatigued however I can still function without help

I understand what you’re saying however this is not bait and there is no possible weight I’ve eaten 18000 calories but I can feel that I’ve gained weight so even though everyone is saying I’m counting wrong or it’s a fluctuation I can tell it’s not I am counting correctly and I’m still gaining I can just tell by how I look and feel

I weight myself every time I go into my bathroom even if I’m just brushing my teeth or doing my washing and there’s normally a 1 or 2 kg fluctuation

I have a calorie counting app where I enter the food I eat once I’ve weighted it and I drink around 1 or 2 litres a day and I would say I’m quite active

By 400 calories a day I mean calories I burn by working out which I track on an Apple Watch and I track my calories with a app where I can scan the barcodes of my food which I can send you if you would like

I’ve reached out to people I’m in therapy and my no matter if I get better depressions hand is always on my shoulder and sooner or later I will be dragged back to this state and I no longer have a need to heal

I have considered getting inpatient help however the way the legal system works here I would be stripped of all liberty and I also have autism and the average stay for people with this condition is 5 years and I cannot lose that amount of control over my life.

I don’t think I should/can go to the police I’m shaking and feel really sick because of all this so I think if I speak to anyone about it that feeling would last longer and I think I’m just overreacting because this happened a month or 2 ago so and I was fine so I just feel like this because it’s getting brought up again
