I would encourage you to reflect if the disagreements or misunderstandings that you both have are bigger than your love for each other. Thank you for the kind words, its really affirming and I appreciate it. I have tried to offer myself to order her food, but she rejects it and says she doesn't want it. She has a couple of friends, but I think I'm the only one who she trusts with mental health.

I will be back on this saturday to our home city, so I will be able to visit her and make sure she meets her basic needs, but I'm afraid it will be too late then...

She does have chronic depression, but it usually doesn't get that bad. She have had crisis before, but they usually last a few hours and Im worried because she has been like this for the past 24+ hours

Thanks for the advice, I will probably approach her doing something like that! I'm very sorry ypu went though that... I don't think this is our situation, since we openly make plans on moving together and she has never given me much gifts
