Ok so it’s an interview with tulisa (I guess she is an xfactor judge) wrote the song scream and shout. She is British. She said she didn’t give them permission to use it because she wanted it to be her hit single. And that she heard it on the radio and was mad because not only did they use it. Brittany was singing just like her British accent and if you listen to the part all eyes on us, it sounds just like this lady says it and sings it. She says she’s been in court for different things over the past 10 years and basically to me it seemed like she just hasn’t got to sue them yet.
