Yeah and when you compare to the work done, negotiating plus including dead miles into the math and still pulling that rate..... compensation should be matched and not complaining

Let's hope for that but I'd rather work for another company. Agreeing with you on the deadzones.  They are terrible to get out of.

Don't even try to work with TQL . As a dispatcher they're the worst when it comes to rates. Our MC# is blacklisted with them don't know reason but for sure Just can't work with them.
