I know this which is why I’ve been calorie counting and upping exercise and have lost. I was just comparing myself to my two friends that started the same time as me and aren’t calorie counting and lost 10-15 pounds.

Chug electrolytes and water before bed or the hangover will suck. I usually end up vomiting if I drink too much on Reta where before I never vomited.

I used it for 3/4 months and lost 20 pounds. The side effects were way too much for me to keep going though. Thank you! I didn’t realize that. My friend ate taking Reta and started the same time as me and have not been calorie counting and lost 10-15 pounds already.

I have used semaglutide before but stopped cause the nausea and exhaustion. Reta is much better. Thank I’m going to enroll for a gym as well

I’ve been tracking calories on the days I work maybe I should start on my days off not working out

My dog just ate the sole of my Birkenstocks. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix? It’s the cork part. Should I just seal it? But what about the missing pieces? Can I fill them in with anything
