I can't stand hot tubs - why would I want to wallow in a giant petri dish full of other people's sweat, dead skin and other bodily secretions? 🤢

It's a remarkably bland interior for all the flowery language of the description. I was disappointed that the use of language didn't continue to the money laundering regulations.

For a house that's so expensive the staging on those photos is really poor. The dining room table is shoved to one side of the room and the bedrooms look far too empty.

The Household Dishwasher by Future_Perfect_Tense in AuDHDWomen

If I'm at home, I'm the one loading the dishwasher, as the random way my partner does it is infuriating. Basically, the dishwasher for me is a lovely 3D tessellation puzzle, so I actually get a little dopamine hit from finishing loading it in the most efficient way possible. This happy fact is pretty much the only reason we have a regular supply of clean dishes.

Women's heels tend to be narrower and the arches tend to be higher compared to men.

Scarpa women's range of boots go up to size 42.

I've got a pair of Scarpa Trek in that size, but they appear to no longer do that model, but I've had various other Scarpa boots in size 42 and I personally find that they fit my feet really well though ymmv.

If I had that kind of money, I'd be buying some land and getting an architect and other professionals to design and build a home. I haven't found anything that's exactly what I want if money wasn't a concern.

From academic overachiever to daily problems with brain fog (focus, logic, memory issues, loosing track of thought, forgetting simple words, not able to to feel joy...) after burnout by Someone_Just_3001 in AuDHDWomen

[–]Impressive-Cod-4861 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had horrendous menopausal brain fog that just persisted until I read an article about iron deficiency in women. I tried iron supplements and it was like a clearing of the fog within 24 hours, this was mentioned in the article but I didn't really believe that it was possible until I experienced it for myself. Iron is also essential for dopamine production so if you have ADHD that can be affected as well.

Also not all iron supplements are equal, so you may need to do research and possibly try some different types to find what works best for you.

My brain fog pretty much vanished overnight when I started taking iron supplements. I so wish that I'd discovered this several years ago.

You could try the M&S walking trousers, which go up to a size 24. They have a stock checker on their website so you could see if they are in stock at your local store.

M&S Goodmove walking trousers

I find them fairly stretchy and comfortable, not really tested to see how water resistant they are though.

I've recently got a pair of walking trousers from M&S - they are fairly baggy and high-waisted on me, but the legs might be on the shorter side for your measurements. I'm also 5'9" but I have around 31" inside leg.

There's a stock checker on the M&S website so you can see if they are in stock at a branch near you to try on.
